Mark was excellent. He explained very clearly the sequence of events that occurred to cause my unit to stop running and how I could prevent it in the future. He was very knowledgeable and professional!

We had HVAC issues, turning off completely. Daily temperatures above 90. The technician investigated the issue, initiated the required repairs, cleaned & inspected the whole system. We were back operational in less than 1 hour. Very professional, customer oriented, friendly & helpful. Will request this technician and company again. Very happy.

Called on 5-2-25. My Trane HVAC system was inoperable/the touch control screen was blank.
Ryan arrived the next day on schedule, he immediately asked me what issues I had and the system operation before the problem.
Ryan checked the touch panel, checked out my inside system…then manipulated the touch screen back to operation, had to reset to default setting and then sequenced the screen keys to operate and function.
He ran a service check on my outside unit, found a couple of weak components, I asked him to send me a reminder and he finished the job.
Thanks AA-Central City, for great service, Thanks Ryan for being a professional, and a very thorough HVAC technician…great job!
